Many of us believe all good things occur in stages. Life itself is a sequence of milestones and stages, the life cycle of insects comes in stages. It only makes sense that one of the most suggestive events in a woman’s life occurs in stages too. The stages of pregnancy bring lots of change to the ma to be’s body, life, and relations. Starting on this journey takes fortitude, as anyone that has ever dealt with morning sickness can tell you, and knowledge of the natural changes happening in your body.
The stages of pregnancy are routinely broken into three month periods referred to as trimesters. Although not necessarily visible on the outside many exciting things are taking place within the uterus. Even before mom knows she is pregnant, superb things are happening. The fetal cells are divided at a tremendous rate and the mummy’s hormone levels are in a consistent state of surge. Some lucky ones bypass this symptom, but this is the time when morning sickness may happen and breast kindliness is common. The 3rd trimester is a good time to take any birth and breastfeeding classes that the mother feels are important. Fetal movement may slow some as the date due approaches. It generally is not a cause for alarm; space is at this time. The important things to remember at this point is to get plenty of rest, eat well, and luxuriate in the final days before the birth of your baby.
